Shipping and delivery methods

The shipment of the product available in the warehouse will be made on the same working day of receipt of payment, if received by 4 pm local time.

The products are shipped in Italy with GLS and BRT couriers and in the rest of the world with the services of Fedex and DHL.

After completing an order you will always be provided with a tracking number that is a code that will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment from the moment it leaves our warehouses until the moment it is delivered to its destination.

Newtech Automotive s.r.l. is in no way responsible for any delays that may occur during transport. The delivery time may vary with respect to what is declared especially during holiday periods or due to unforeseeable events.

An active telephone number is required and will be communicated to the courier.

It is recommended to ship with insurance in order to protect you from any damage attributable to the courier for which Newtech Automotive s.r.l. is in no way responsible. Insurance is not included in the automatically applied shipping costs and must be requested separately at the time of order confirmation.

Important note: For shipments outside the European Community , as required by the laws on international transport , duties , taxes and import charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost . You may therefore be responsible for these charges in your country, so before placing your order you should check with your country's customs office what the additional charges / costs will be.
