Do I have to register on the web site to place an order to Newtech Automotive?

Yes, you need to register in order to complete your purchase order.

How do I register?

To activate the registration procedure, simply click on the "reserved area" icon at the top right of the page.

On the next page, enter your e-mail address (it must be an active email account).

Then you have to follow the instructions on the screen.

Can I request an invoice?

Of course you can. If you have a VAT number registered the invoice will be always sent by email to the email address you provided during the registration procedure.

Is it easy to find the item I need?

You can search for the item you are interested in by typing in the product code, description, vehicle or other informations in the search engine on the home page.

You can also search for the product starting with your vehicle using the search filters clearly visible on the home page.

Simply enter the make, model and category product.

 

Or you can search for the article you need browsing through the product categories in the main menu.

 

Under the heading Spare parts you will find all original and aftermarket items for your bike. In the Accessories section you will find all the accessories you need to complete the equipment of your vehicle. The tuning area contains all the components you need to improve the performance of your motorbike or scooter. Finally, under the heading Vespa parts you can find everything related to the world of the popular vehicle produced by Piaggio.

Are the products sold by Newtech Automotive guaranteed?

All the products published on our web site are new and come with a legal guarantee.

Are the products sold on Newtech Automotive approved for road use?

Newtech sells products approved for road use and of course for competitions. We therefore recommend that you carefully check the data on the product sheet. You can check whether the product you are interested in it is homologated or for racing use.

 

Are the indicated prices VAT included or VAT excluded?

The prices include VAT. Non-EU users will not be subject to VAT and once registered the system will show the sale price excluding VAT.

How do I place an order?

It is very simple. Once you have identified the item you require

You can now complete your order and make your payment or continue shopping.

You can view the updated contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the image at the top right,

change the quantities of the items in your basket or delete them completely.

 

When you are ready  you can complete the order and move on to the next stage of check out.

How do I pay for my purchases on Newtech Automotive ?

You can pay by Paypal, by credit card through paypal circuit and by bank transfer. In case of payment by bank transfer, you will receive a communication via email with the bank details to be used to make the payment after placing your order.

Consignee / Recipient, What data are required?

If the address where you want to receive the goods is the same as the one specified during registration procedure, you do not need to add any other data. The goods will automatically be sent to this address. Of course, you can also ask to ship to a different address. In this case, during the order conclusion procedure (check out) you can also specify an alternative shipping address.

How do I get access to B2B?

Once you have completed your registration on the web site, you will have to wait at least 48 hours for your professional account to be approved. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the procedure has been completed.

Is my order confirmed?

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation via email with all the details of your order.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Products in stock will be dispatched on the same working day of payment is received, if received by within 4pm local time.

If the product is not immediately available, you will be informed of the estimated delivery time.

How does Newtech Automotive ship ?

Newtech Automotive ships using the best services available for Italy and overseas markets. The products are shipped in Italy with the couriers GLS and BRT and in the rest of the world with the services of Fedex and DHL for small packages or certified groupage forwarders for shipments by air or sea in case of bulky shipments or pallets.

Does Newtech Automotive ship outside Italy ?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

The freight is calculated on the basis of the real weight/volume of the shipment, applying faithful and correct rates.
